User groups allow SAP and SAP users to exchange information of mutual interest and value. Additionally, SAP users have the opportunity to share their experiences, knowledge and ideas.

ASUG Colombia, Colombia

Since 1999, ASUG Colombia is an independent, nonprofit association of SAP users that provides value to members through the sharing of best practices and experiences and the collection of common interests to be reviewed by SAP and/or partners. ASUG Colombia offers its members sessions and infodays focused on SAP strategies, localization, support services, and industry (product) trends in a collaborative forum.

ASUG Columbia also supports initiatives in services, drives relationships with other SAP user associations, promotes success stories, develops content, and executes an annual congress among others.

ASUG Mexico y Centroamérica A.C., Mexico

Founded in 2000, ASUG México y Centroamérica provides its members with a forum to communicate mutual concerns to SAP, influence software development, exchange ideas and best practices, and participate in face-to-face and online educational opportunities. With a total of 115 installation members and more than 1,000 individual members, ASUG México y Centroamérica has activities mainly in three cities : México City, Guadalajara and Monterrey. Currently ASUG is planning to increase its activities and resources through partners' collaboration and memberships.

ASUG Peru, Peru

Asociación Peruana de Usuarios SAP was founded July 9, 2010, to promote the implementation and efficient use of SAP products. ASUG Peru's objectives include sharing information that is valuable for its members, providing a forum for education and knowledge exchange around best practices for SAP products, and promoting the development of activities, policies, and services to benefit SAP users in the country.

ASUG Venezuela, Venezuela

Created in 2011, ASUG Venezuela is an independent, nonprofit association of SAP users that provides value to members through the sharing of best practices and experiences and the collection of common interests to be reviewed by SAP and/or partners.

ASUG Venezuela offers to its members collaborative sessions and information days focused on SAP strategies, localization, support services, and industry (product) trends. ASUG Venezuela also supports initiatives in services, drives relationships with other SAP user associations, promotes success stories, develops content, and hosts an annual congress.

The ASUG Venezuela vision is to be a consolidated, strategic community that promotes the integration of SAP users in Venezuela, creating value for them. AFSUG — African SAP User Group, Africa

AFSUG is the African SAP User Group. It is an independent organization that represents the customer and partner community in Sub-Saharan Africa. In order to network, influence, and educate, AFSUG runs CIO forums, special interest groups (SIGs), and a bi-annual conference, SAPHILA.

The AFSUG board and AFSUG office work closely with SAP South Africa (primary office in Johannesburg).

SAPience.be, Belgium

SAPience.be is the Belgian SAP User Group. Its mission is to bring users of SAP and SAP BusinessObjects technology and solutions together to share information, experience, knowledge, and ideas. SAPience.be not only connects corporate users, but also acts as a liaison between SAP and the user community. Participants grow in SAP skills via interesting talks with colleagues from other companies. SAPience.be also plays an important role in the definition of development requests towards SAP.

FSD — Foreningen af SAP brugere i Danmark, Denmark

FSD is a community of Danish companies. The members are typically using SAP themselves or have a relevant business interest in SAP solutions. The motivation for membership is the benefit that the companies and their employees gain by participating in the events, organized by the community. The vision of FSD is to be the preferred place for knowledge exchange between the Danish people using SAP solutions.

FINUG — SAP Finnish User Group, Finland

The Finnish-speaking User Group, FINUG, is a nonprofit organization that represents the SAP customer and partner community in Finland. It brings together users from various organizations to share experiences and exchange information. FINUG events and efforts are aimed at providing a communication medium that allows SAP users within the region to effectively and collectively communicate with SAP. Companies in Finland are members with one major annual event and several subevents throughout the year.

USF — Le club des Utilisateurs SAP Francophones, France

The French-speaking SAP User Group gathers more than 300 companies from France and French speaking countries. With a total of 2000 members, USF gathers around 25 active special interest groups (SIGs) that convene approximately 100 meetings a year. An annual 2-days event is generally organized mid-October with 70 partners and 1000 members. USF was created in 1989. It has become the official trusted organization advertised on SAP France Web site. USF is totally independent financially from SAP with a board of 17 people. The office has three employees.

DSAG — Deutschsprachige SAP-Anwendergruppe e.V. (German-Speaking SAP User Group), Germany

The German-speaking SAP User Group is the independent lobby for SAP users in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. The work of DSAG is based on three pillars: networking, exchanging experience, and exercising influence. This is what happens primarily in the more than 150 special interest groups and work groups focused on industries, technologies, and processes.

Based on this, we offer our members exclusive information on SAP strategies, product development, and services at an early stage. The user group is the communication platform in the German-speaking SAP environment. Due to this active and close cooperation we have become a "trusted advisor" of SAP.

Aused — GUPS, Italy

The GUPS (SAP User & Prospect Group in Italian) is a permanent workshop inside the Aused association — one of the most important and influencing organizations of CIOs in the Italian ICT world. The organization was created in 2000 thanks to a group of fellows interested in the SAP universe, and its aim is to share knowledge among the community and provide members with access to first-hand news.

By joining the GUPS, members may meet and interact with peers, key personnel from SAP, as well as partners and professionals. Prospective customers, who often need more independent and affordable information, will also find great value in joining. For members of all types, GUPS hosts a number of events on a wide variety of topics to facilitate discussions and sharing of common business issues and best solution or industry best practices.

In 2007, SAP Italy recognized the GUPS as the country's only official group of SAP users.

SUG-MENA — SAP User Group Middle East and North Africa, Middle East and North Africa

SUG-MENA is a nonprofit organization in the business of promoting effective use of SAP, while bringing together its various users from the Middle East and North African region, to share experiences and exchange solutions. VNSG — Vereniging Nederlandstalige SAP Gebruikers, Netherlands

The Dutch-speaking User Group, VNSG, is an active organization with over 900 members. VNSG facilitates its members in sharing their experiences in the use of the SAP software and building a valuable network. VNSG also looks after the interests of all members and influences SAP.

SBN — SAP Brukerforening Norge, Norway

SBN is for everyone who uses SAP products. The main tasks of the Norwegian union are:

  • Enable exchange of experience, competence, and ideas between member (create/stimulate high-quality networking activities
  • Increase users' knowledge of SAP and contribute to an increased ROI from the use of SAP systems Participate in international meetings and meet other SAP unions

GUSP — Associação de Utilizadores SAP em Portugal, Portugal

The Portuguese SAP User Group, GUSP, is an independent association of SAP users in Portugal that provides its members with the means to network and share experiences and expectations. GUSP serves as a communication and interaction channel with SAP, with interest groups that work actively on topics of common interest and information sessions related to SAP solutions.

SUSAP — Slovenian Users of SAP, Slovenia

SUSAP is an independent organization of Slovenian SAP users that runs on voluntary but organized basis. Our goals and aims are exchange of knowledge and experience about SAP functionalities through organized workshops and interest groups, with consolidation and emphasis on customer needs or demands helping SAP to improve localization, enabling networking between managers as well as experts, with close cooperation of users diminish the lack of big user numbers.

The SAP User Group for Sweden is where all SAP events within Sweden are communicated — and where the SAP Magazine for Sweden is created. SAPSA organizes focus groups and conferences around Sweden. China SAP Users Association is an independent, nonprofit organization being registered as a sub-association of CCUA under MCA China. INDUS — SAP User Group for the Indian subcontinent — allows SAP and SAP users to exchange information of mutual interest and value.
